By downloading, installing, and using this mobile application ("Blast"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you will not be able to use Blast. By downloading Blast and agreeing to these terms, you are granted a license to use the app. However, this license may be revoked if you attempt to distribute the app without explicit permission from Blast LLC.
2. Description of Service
“Blast” is provided by Blast LLC and allows users to access various features related to movie information, including but not limited to viewing movie posters and information. The App is free to use and is provided "as is."
3. User Conduct
You agree to use “Blast” only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of “Blast” by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within “Blast.”
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights within “Blast” and the content provided by Blast LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Blast LLC. The App uses movie posters and information provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). All rights to the movie posters and information are owned by TMDB and are subject to their Terms of use, which can be found on their website, www.themoviedb.org/.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect our users’ privacy and personal data, and are committed to protecting them from improper use and distribution. Currently, Blast LLC only collects users' email addresses and usernames. If we decide to collect additional data, we will update our Terms and conditions accordingly and require users to agree to the new Terms before continuing to use “Blast”. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Blast LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of “Blast” in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise similar standards. Blast LLC shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this App.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blast LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use “Blast;” (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from “Blast.”
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blast LLC is headquartered, 1320 S 1st St, Unit 226, Milwaukee, WI without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Chicago, IL.
9. Changes to Terms
Blast LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by contacting you via email or creating a pop-up within the mobile app that appears upon your next log-on. We will also have these Terms and Conditions on our landing page, www.blastmovies.net, and can be reviewed at any time. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
